Howard Herbitter

Howie directs TMG’s Profit Planning division, where our goal is to help our clients preserve and grow their assets. Some of the tools we use are strategic budget design, tight operating controls; systems audits and improvements; development, maintenance and enhancement of lender relations; financial planning, cash management, gainsharing and cost reduction. Howie also provides CFO to-go services on a part-time basis as needed by our clients. His profit planning duties range from budgeting and machine hour rate construction through job costing and variance profit and loss analysis. He is also active in TMG’s general consulting practice involving business planning, turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions.

Jennie Markens

Jennie Markens is a certified Master Executive Coach. She is also a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years experience working with individuals and groups, and has taught and supervised in a Master’s degree program for the past eight years.
